Will receive the same product that I see in the picture? ok
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Once your order is processed, your sale receipt will be sent directly to the email address you provided during the registration process. Please check your registered email inbox, and if you don't find it in the main inbox, be sure to look in your spam or junk folder, as sometimes emails can be filtered there. How can I return an item? Ok
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have purchased a resale item, this item is the final sale for the offer at the retail price. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Will you restock items indicated as “ out of stock.”? Ok
Not all the out-of-stock items will be restocked in the future. But we often update the product availability information on our social media accounts.
